Stay Fit & Fab When The Weather Turns Drab
I live in Ocean City, NJ for the summer and so far, we haven’t had one (completely) rainy day. This summer has been extraordinarily sunny and hot and beachy.
Today I woke up to a cloudy sky and the sound of rain on the roof. Ugh. Two hours later: still raining.
This gloomy weather is putting a particularly depressing thought into my head – summer is almost over.
For most people, the beginning of summer means the onset of dieting, exercising, and “healthy living.” Bikini (or board shorts) season gives people motivation to eat healthier and move more.
But just because summer is ending (ugh) doesn’t mean that you should forget your healthy habits. More Here...
